Taking place on Good Friday, April 22nd 2011, at The Victoria, Mile End - everyone's off for a few days so there's a good reason for non-stop partying!

Live performance will come courtesy of Hold Kiss Kill, fresh from releasing their debut single Our Last Waltz. Expect a wall of white noise and barbed wire melodies.

DIRTBLONDE

This is not your average Rock 'n Roll band.

Fuelled by drum machine beats, Dirtblonde sounds like a crash between Suicide, Beat Happenning and The Stooges.

Visceral, menacing, bloody and poetic. 

Hailing from Liverpool, but sounding nothing like Liverpool bands (their words) they have played all over the UK, in Brazil and America (including a successful appearance at SXSW), bringing chaos and menace wherever they've been and receiving praise from the likes of BP Fallon, John Kennedy (XFM) and Steve Lamacq.

Essential listening are their debut EP, White Noise, Rubber Heart,  and the limited edition cassete Brooklyn/White Horses. You can have a taste of them here.

The Hangmen by Dirtblonde

Being already legends in the UK underground without being part of any particular scene, they had a quiet 2010 for reasons beyond their control but now are back with a string of gigs in Liverpool and London. to begin their 2011 assault. Not to be missed in any way!
